FIFA World Cup 2022 Sticker Collection Update Set

Like any sticker collection value for money cannot really be provided unless you buy direct from the manufacturer as to date I still have only 80% of the collection plus a surplus of 40% of the stickers already provided. Unfortunately you are only allowed to buy 50 stickers at a time from Panini.

One of my irks with this panini sticker set was what I felt was the low quality of the stickers, both in material and design-wise. These update stickers have a simple white background which actually does a lot in making them look a lot better! The player images have a large drop shadow, which isn’t very nice, but overall an improvement on the teal and purple + shaped powerpoint background fill effect. Attached images show size compared to the sticker album, not that this really matters, because (also in images), stickers are on print sheets and that’s all that’s included. On the back of the sheets are the names of players originally included that can be replaced. I didnt expect the stickers to be in pockets but I did think the set would have infill pages for the album that the sheets of stickers could be then stuck on, as other update collections have. The original stickers aren’t removal but even if collectors don’t mind oversticking, it’s a tricky thing. Nitpick perhaps, but a downgrade from other update sets, especially from panini
