Hello Hummingbirds: Read and play in the tree!

This is a wonderful board book with pop out humming birds to educate and entertain children.The art and colors are well done.

Beautifully illustrated and lots of fun for kids to play with, Rogge and Dove have put together another great tactile experience your toddler will want to learn from again and again.What a great sequel to Hello Honeybees!

So glad I purchased for grandchild.

My grandson adores the earlier one in this series (Hello, Honeybees), so I couldn't wait to get this for him and his younger brother. They use the honeybees like a toy, setting up the hive and buzzing the two bees around. They are just as excited about the hummingbirds in their tree. This is really hands-on learning!

The outer paper layer, that has the print and pictures, peals off easily. My 10 month old granddaughter, managed to peal that layer off the hummingbird board book, and started chocking on it. The honeybee board book, I also bought them, also peals easily. Just not constructed well. The books are great, otherwise.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought the Hello Honeybees at a great bookstore/coffeeshop in Tahoe called Cuppa Tahoe. Loved the honeybees book and when I searched online for a book about hummingbirds I found this by the same author and illustrator. So I pre-ordered this title. Artwork is beautiful, information is accurate and readable. My 20 month old daughter who is obsessed with outdoors and all things related loves them both.

A wonderfully engaging experience for both little readers and those who are read to :)
