Great child seat for our potty training 2 year old. Our child took to this seat very easily to be like a big kid which made it easier than having to try to convince them to use the toilet. Our child looks comfortable enough on the seat, with the legs able to bend past the edge of the main toilet so their legs are not sticking straight out.It is a nice design to have the child seat magnetically held up to be kept out of the way. When the lid is closed, the child seat will connect to the lid so when opening the lid again, the child seat is out of the way ready for an adult.This seat saves a lot of space in our small bathroom than having an extra potty seat and feels a bit more hygienic in my opinion.In terms of installation, this seat fit perfectly onto our existing top mounted hardware. e.g. we already had a soft close top mounted quick release toilet seat, so I just took the old seat off and put the new seat on.I did note that the soft close main seat and lid are very slow to close. Takes about 10 seconds to close on its own but makes no noise when finally shut. FYI - the child seat is not soft closeOverall pleased with this seat on its own merits, but ecstatic that my potty training toddler uses it!

Would highly recommend, as this is much better quality than a previous one bought from a big chain. This was bought to replace a child seat that sat on the main seat, but, that one moved around and the children were never confident on using it, this is so much better and more convenient.The only minor downside (no stars lost) is that the childs seat isn't soft close but the lid and the main seat are, and very effective they are.As mentioned by others, the instructions are terrible but luckily it is easy to fit, however a point to note the fittings aren't the usual screw and nut but more of a screw and rawlplug, whilst this works well, in my case one of the holes was over enamelled and the plug wouldn't fit in. I solved it by cutting the rawplug in half and using the bottom part as a nut. This isn't a fault with the product just my toilet.

We have a potty trained toddler and wanted to make the transition from potty to toilet smooth and simple, as well as comfortable and fun for my little one.We had already been using a similar seat on our main bathroom toilet alongside the potty, this one was bought through Kiddicare. It was not soft close, was really hard to clean and looked cheap and nasty. It has now been moved to our downstairs toilet and this new one has been put upstairs. There is no comparison - and this one is cheaper!Cleaning:It is super easy to clean - the fittings at the back of the seat are smooth / not visible with no obvious joins for dust etc to collect. Unlike our other seat, the undersides of the seats are smooth with the screw holes are sealed, so can't go rusty from cleaning products entering them.Use:The size of the seat is quite narrow, but it's comfy enough.The magnet was neither too strong nor too weak, my daughter could release and lift her seat up and down just fine, and the seat stays in place okay once hidden inside the adult seat.Downsides:The child's seat is not soft close, so my daughter has made it bang a few times - the first time this happened, the magnet from the underside of the child's seat was dislodged without us knowing - it fell into the toilet and disappeared!We have phoned the seller who are sending a new one out to us free of charge. The new one will be super-glued into place! Once this issue is resolved, I have no complaints with the seat

Finally a child friendly toilet seat that doesn't fall down into the toilet or get sodden with wee! I have been so impressed with this wish I'd of found it sooner. It's easy to fit and operate for the child. It has worked loose a couple of times (but it could possibly be down to me not tightening it enough) however just a quick fix and its ready again. It was delivered on time via the postman and on the box it stated what it was. Inside we're the instructions which were clear and easy to follow and also a piece of paper which had codes to download a toilet training sheet for you child online (I can not comment any further on them as I didn't look it up as didn't require it)Well worth the money will recommend to all my mommy friends!

Great quality duel seat. It was straight forward and easy to fit. Bought two & they fit perfectly on two different style toilets. 10 minute job really to remove old seat and fit these ones. Perfect for our family and easy for my 3 year old to climb on & off independently with a small step stool. The toddler seats that you place over an existing adult seat were just too high profile for her to manage and she would get frustrated and want to go back to using the potty (typical girl who wants to be able to do everything herself without help) These seats are lovely and low so she has no problems using the toilet on her own. The potty's have gone, hurrah!

The seat itself is great but had real problems with the fittings. The bolts were nowhere near long enough so I had to buy some from a hardware shop. They are now long enough but the fittings are plastic, quite flimsy and don't do up tightly so the seat moves around constantly.I don't think the toilet is in any way unusual as previously we had a basic b&q seat fitted and it was fine

Well what can I say, after reading some of the reviews about this toilet seat being difficult to fit, bad quality etc this is not the case. No rocket science involved, took me less than 10 minutes to fit and doesn't move or rattle, Quality solid toilet seat fit for a King or Queen.All you need to do when fitting is look closely at the instructions. You can adjust after the initial fit if needed.The seat comes off easily with a firm tug to gain access to the fittings.

Deckel sitzt gut und fest. Das anbauen ist zwar etwas tricki aber die Qualität stimmt. Für den Preis sind wir sehr zufrieden!
