VCME 10,000mAh Power Bank, High Capacity Clear Compact Power Bank with Digital Display & Built-in Lightning & USB-C for iPhone/AirPods, Portable Charger iPhone USB-A Output, Fast Charging up to 22.5W

I did some tests to see how well this actually works. First, I ran it down to 1% charge and it took a little under 3 hours to fully charge using a USB-C high-power laptop charger.I could not charge my Motorola Moto phone with the attached USB cable. However, it did work when using the USB-C jack on the power bank with my own cable. I was able to charge the 3000 mAh phone battery from 20% to full charge while the power bank indicator dropped from 100% to 68%. This implies about 75-80% power transfer efficiency, which is good, but not exceptional.In principle, the power bank should be able to partially charge the battery in my MacBook, and it gained about 10% charge from a full charge of the power bank. That is a very difficult test for a 22.5W power bank as it is designed for phones and similar. The fact that it was able to do this much without the bank failing or overheating suggests that the power bank will be durable, but this is certainly not a recommended usage and doesn't figure into my rating.

I ordered this power bank specifically to use during Power Outages, when travelling, and on Camping trips. I live in the rural Appalachian Mountains where power outages are common. I also wanted a battery bank for when we’re camping, so that we can keep our battery-powered devices and electronics powered when outlets are unavailable.This power bank works well and is incredibly lightweight at just 6.5-ounces. It is 2.5-inches wide, 0.75-inches deep, and 4.25-inches tall not including the cables (the cables add 1.25-inches of height). The two included built in short USB-C and Apple Lightning charging Cables are nice to have on-hand, and the bank itself can be charged by the included separate USB-A to USB-C cable, or by just a standard USB-A cable. Be aware that the included attached charging cables are only 3.5-inches long, which includes the length of the plugs.Charging phones or other electronics is achieved either by using the attached charging cables, or by plugging-in a charging cable to the bank that has either a USB-C or USB-A connection. The digital readout that tells the exact state of charge is a very nice feature to have.The clear case that allows you to see the internal circuitry and battery is certainly unique and I hope the clear plastic housing doesn’t scratch-up to the point that the internals are no longer visible. The bank will charge my iPhone around 2.5-times, so it has a good capacity, and it supports the fast charging as advertisedAny cons? Just a few minor nitpicks for which I have deducted one star:- The instruction manual is not written by someone with a command of the English language, and you need a microscope to read the tiny font.- Turning on the unit is as easy as pushing the power button but turning off the unit took some time to figure out and it was not mentioned in the manual. To turn off the power bank, you must quickly double-click the power button and then wait 3-seconds.- It takes a lengthy 3.5-hours to charge this back-up from empty using the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable.- The built in Apple Lightning Cable won’t fit in my Otterbox/Lifeproof Case Port.- There is no storage case or sack for the power bank and cable. I feel it should have come with some sort of storage case for them.Other than my nitpicks, it is a very nice lightweight and compact portable unit that is ideal for power interruptions, camping, travelling, and outdoor events where there is no access to USB outlets.

The whole experience unpacking this was a good one and it included everything needed to get started with it right away. I like that this power bank is really portable, you can put it in your pocket and take it with you. I really love that there are 2 wires attached / included, I was wondering if we were ever going to see this in a portable power bank. The look and feel is pretty nice and it does have a digital readout of remaining power. I plugged this into my iPhone 14 with the attached Apple cord and it immediately starting charging. This unit also supports "fast charging" and that is also a nice feature to consider.In the 'could be better' column, the battery is small. To put this into perspective, my iPhone 14 has a 4,300mAh battery and this power bank is 10,000mAh so I could get a couple charges for my phone. If that is all you need, then no worries. Other power banks that we have had were between 2,000-3,000mAh. All things considered, it is a pretty cool and handy power bank. I think one of it's best features is the included cables.

We have 2 other battery power banks and this one is by far the best! Weighing in at a mere 6.5 oz, it is lighter than the others by a mile (9.5 oz & 14.8 oz) It comes with a charging cord so you will need to be able to plug directly into a USB port or use a charging block to charge this battery bank . However the cords you will need to charge your other devices are attached (USB-C and lightening cable). I’m also a big fan of the power display. I wanted this power bank for travel and I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

I live in an area where there are frequent power outages due to falling trees and branches. So I use this charger/power bank as a standby power source for those situations. At least then I know my phone will work for a while (and the power company will text updates to phones as well).My favorite thing about this power bank is the built-in charger cables. It makes it really convenient/portable to not have to worry about separate cables.Basically, having this power bank around gives me peace of mind that I'm better prepared for adverse situations.

First thing I noticed about this was the look. I love the clear case a digital screen showing how much juice is left in it. It charged my phone fine, not super fast like I was hoping, but worked ok none the less. I love how it has USB-C and Ligning cable built right into it and also has a standard USB port to power or charge basically anything. Overall this is a quality product that I will use regularly!
