Be careful opening it .. not what I hoped it would be
I can't complain about the product because I had an 'off label' use for it, although it didn't do what I wanted. Be extra careful opening it. There is a paper seal under the lid. When I went to peel back the paper seal there was the sound of pressurized air escaping and a giant glob of the stuff flew on my shirt.

Product busted upon delivery
I’m not sure how this product works. When I received it the container was busted open and I was not able to use it.

Not happy
I haven’t tried the product yet. I’m not impressed with the way it came in. Their is product all over the container an in the bag. So I paid for 4 oz lucking if I got 2

Not worth the hassle
My first order was replaced because it looked like this. The second order looks the same. I will waste more time and gas returning it. I'm done.

I really wanted this product to work! I had it reordered twice and both times it was already "puffed" or the container had exploded open in the box. :(

Came busted
The item came busted open and I attempted to use it and followed the instructions and it did not work. It’s great if you need to lighten a color 😅

It already puffed!
It’s supposed to be a smooth, creamy paste and mine came already opened and super chunky, almost pre-puffed. Unhappy. They might not all come like this but very disappointed.
