Full Disclosure: This isn't my first usage with this product. I'm a return buyer for this. But that's all the more reason that I felt the need to write this. This was picked up for me because I couldn't get any kind of rest. It works for those who don't need prescription meds to knock them out. Shake it and drink at least an hour or so before you want to head to bed. You'll feel yourself steadily getting sleepy, but once you do, go to bed. Like melatonin, light and activity will basically burn it out of your system. Though, thankfully, it's not as easy to burn out of your system as melatonin. It's effective for those who want to feel something as close to an easy and natural slip into rest and then sleep as possible. Small warning, the taste isn't awful or unbearable but it is different and takes some getting used to. Hope this helps. Get some rest, folks.

From being in bed early to Zzquil (Awful btw, it makes you stupid groggy and gives him night terrors)ALL HIS LIFE he has had sleep issues, insomniac AF.In the last 2 years his sleeping from working overnight really put a toll on him, not to mention he also has depression so terrible nightmares everynight is barely sleeping.
