Problem arose when trying to use the cord holder on a slightly convex surface, the 3M tape stuck fast but the cord holder curves the other way.

Exactly what I was looking for
The steam mop I bought lacked any cord keeping mechanism. I found this and gave it a try and it worked great! It's flexible enough to wrap around the handle and so far has kept its adhesion.
