London Unfurled

I bought this for my London obsessed 6 year old. What a gem! The illustrations are brilliant featuring the north side of the river with all its landmarks on one side and the south side on the other. There's also a key to help you recognise the buildings and sights. Having lived here for 20+ years and visiting the river many a time there were still plenty I didn't know. It is a well referred to book by most of the household and my son carries this around with him almost constantly. I've bought a second copy now to keep away from the kids so the adults can enjoy their own unblemished copy.

An evocative depiction of London as it is now: its simple line drawing heighten the delight as you turn over the concertina-ed pages to journey along the Thames past landmarks and through the hurly-burly heart of modern day London. A great memento or present for London, architecture or art fans.

Love this book, so clever. A must have.

Delivery - something of a problem with the post office, arrived two days late. The booklet is very nice, plain but quality production. Ideal present for an architect or someone interested in quirky drawings.

Very well drawn. It's easy to use and is an excellent reference book. I have left it on the coffee table and guests love looking at it.
