Q: How do I clean this mat?

Hi John, Thanks so much for your question! The best way to clean your Plyopic Ultra Grip mat is to use a small drop of dish soap, heavily diluted in water. Simply use a soft sponge to gently wipe this solution over your mat and leave to dry :) Please kindly note that we do not advise using bleach! Q: Does this mat come with a bag?

Q: I sweat a lot during exercise and this is sweat resistant. Does that mean the moisture stays on the surface? I’m trying not to slip when exercise.

No, not at all - the sweat sort of soaks in and evaporates quickly (sounds revolting, but it stops you from slipping!). I'm also a very sweaty exerciser, and I've never slipped on this mat, which is a first for me. I've been using it for about 3 months, now.
