It is a delicious seasoning that transforms chicken, ground beef or ground lamb into a wonderful Mediterranean/Middle Eastern delight. Just mix in water and add to meat for 15 minutes and grill or broil.You can also use it on portabello mushrooms if you wanted a vegetarian option. It has become a staple in our house.

It is a product that I have used for years. I include the kabobs and the main entree in a middle eastern meal.

The flavor is outstanding, I use only one ounce per two lbs of hamberger though. The package calls for two ounces (one pack) for 2 lbs.

We love this seasoning! We take ground lamb and make kebabs with it. Family favorite.
