I needed to replace my old headset gear after the hose broke, so I was really glad to find this set. It fits my P10 CPAP machine perfectly, including the hose connection, which snapped right into place with no issues. Excelentes materiales y construcción. El desfogue de aire es algo estrecho, y cuando sube la presión del CPAP puede hacer bastante ruido, pero al menos no lo suficiente para interrumpir el descanso. Muy recomendable.

Mal pensé : exhaust dans un coude avant d'arriver aux narines perte de pression, continuellement en fuite, automatiquement bruyant et on sent l'air sortir sur le reste de notre corps exposé à la sortie d'air.

Overall quality is alright but it is not air tight - some air is escaping thru some openings at certain angles/positions. I wasn't aware it was not Resmed original.quick release is a good feature especially if you need to disconnect and go to the washroom in the middle of the night (instead of disconnecting the air hose).getting used to using it now.
