Gelish Essentials Foundation Base & Top It Off Sealer Gel Set – Dynamic Duo, 15mL

I have been using Gelish top and base coat for years. There has never been an issue with this product. It goes on smoothly, leaves a great base for gel color polish of your choice and a topcoat is fantastic. Now, keep in mind, a little goes a long way with the top coat. It does take a bit of a learning curve if you have not done gel nails before. The top coat is not like a regular nail polish top coat. Gel polish requires a top coat and it is on the thicker side. Brush as much off of the painting brush as possible so it does not get too thick in any one area. I personally purchase this duo pack yearly. I paint my nails about twice per month and it lasts me all year. This is a bargain compared to getting nails professionally done. And, I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. So, most people don't even know I am not getting my nails done at a salon. This would make a good gift for people who do their own nails.

Arrived quickly, packed safely. This product is essential to my ability to do my own nails about every 3-4 weeks. It is consistently high quality and really lasts a long time. Recommend to everyone.

This set is great! The foundation and top it off bottles are huge so they should last me forever… one helpful thing I didn’t know is the foundation layer is supposed to be sticky after curing so that the other layers will adhere well (I am a beginner)… this is a great set for beginners and great value for money

Love it! Nothing messes up the glossy shine, it's smooth, and it doesn't chip or stick to the skin! I've been using it for years! VERY durable!

I was so excited to try this, and was willing to pay a much higher price than what I’d been using since I thought it would really last! I followed the directions and let it cure for a minute for base coat and 2 min for top coat. It was still tacky after that , so I let it dry on its own. It then chipped about 3 hours later and my daughter had 3 nails completely peel off! Not sure what I did wrong or if it was a bad batch. The base coat brush was also half the size of a regular brush making it very hard to use!

This is a really good base & top coat. It lasts on your nails for at least a week, sometimes 2 if you take care of your nails. The only downside if you may not make it through the whole bottle before it starts to not work as well. Eventually the polish will start lifting quicker & more often. Just need to purchase a new one at that time.
