I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but I thought these were worth it.I did my research when it came to picking a brand, read endless reviews, some good, some not so good. With these coming in at £13 for 26 strips there are much cheaper brands out there with equal reviews but I decided to take a gamble and it paid off. These fit really well, they’re strong with the material being quite thick. The strip stayed on all night and was easy to apply. I read from previous reviews that they’re difficult to get off in the morning as the glue stuck to the skin but I honestly had no issue. I was able to peel the strip off with no glue left on my skin, no redness or soreness after. Once I removed the strip I was able to feel the difference in breathing quality, it really surprised me! I slept so well for the first time in a long time and it even stopped me from snoring!If like me you’re unsure due to the reviews you’re reading then take a gamble on these, I’m glad I did.

Definitely worth getting extra strength if your problem is severe. These were the first strips I tried and the result was amazing. I ran out and tried the original normal strength version instead, they didn’t do as good a job as the extra strength. I have a deviated septum. And noticed far less congestion and much less fatigue with the extra strength. (Not so much of a difference with the original version/normal strength strips)Extra strength if you have a problem with low oxygen, worked amazingly for me.

This work really well. I get a better night's sleep because I can breathe easier, and my boyfriend gets a better night's sleep because it has drastically cut my snoring.They lose a star only because I can't get the glue off of my nose in the morning,

Really helps to open up my nose and allows me to breath better during the night.Helps with snoring (so my wife tells me)I found the normal ones just don't make a difference, the clear ones don't stick and so I would strongly recommend people opt for this version of the strip.Be sure to clean your close properly before applying otherwise the oil etc on your nose prevents it from sticking properly and therefore it falls off during the night (which ultimately means I get a thump from wife)

Help open your airways. Good adhesive on strips. Doesn't stop snoring.

Did my homework before purchasing ,this was supposed to be the best you could buy, What a waste of my hard earned money. Poor item. Excellent service by Amazon

Great product. Good for me. It opens your nasal passage and we can sleep more quietly. The product was also delivered quickly considering where it was sent from. It was not damage but was in good order. I have bought this product before and will probably buy it again

This is easy to use, very comfortable, very effective and very good value for money. My wife has noticed a big, positive difference to the level of my snoring since I started using this. Nice work

I tend to breathe with my mouth at night because my nostrils get blocked. Although I don't snore, I have to wake up a few times because my mouth gets dry. These strips work great and open my nostrils, so I don't have to breathe with my mouth anymore.The only negative point is that I have felt my nose skin getting more sensitive after using the strips for a few weeks. The adhesive is strong enough to hold all night but seems a bit too aggressive for my skin, so I am trying not to use them daily for that reason.

While placed it, I wasn't sure, but once its on my nose, couldn't wait to give it five stars. Worth every penny.One piece of advice: finish ur bath/ face wash before applying.
