What a lovely adventure this book is!
Absolutely in love with the characters and story.Noella finds her late grandma's love letter and wants to track the guy. That man is her high school nemesis Theo's grand father, Paul. She got to know that her grandmother Kat planned a honeymoon and she wants to go to the places she wanted. You get Road trips, travel, photography, making videos for social media, the sweetest grandparents. I so wanted to hug Paul and Kat(even if I've to use the Ouija board to call her)I got reminded about my own grandma (Paati in Tamil), and that made me emotional. There were some scenes in this book that equally break and mend my heart.Noelle's love for photography and the support she gets from her parents, brother and friend are just ahh the best!! My heart bled for Theo for not having such an environment even though his granddad is a sweetie. The romance!! Ahh my heart. Even though Theo was described as Hulk and Captain America mixed, i can't help but imagine Henry Cavill ๐ and it has my favourite enemies to lovers trope. Also there is only one bed. I love it always when the MCs call each other with their surnames. The secrets (game!?) they shared and the way they supported each other all made me love them even more. Also the prologue was absolutely amazing. highly recommend this heart warming story l!

The storyline is as intriguing as it gets
โ๏ธ Academic Rivals to Loversโ๏ธRoad Tripโ๏ธForced Proximityโ๏ธ Uncovering old unrequited love story through ๐๐ด๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: -Sucker for enemies to lovers would be an understatement, but yes, I don't understand academic rivals as well because of course am academically challenged, but sure do enjoy the ones which doesn't focus on that fact much๐The storyline is as intriguing as it gets: uncovering Noelle's grandmother's past through TikTok and embarking on her scrapped honeymoon journey with the addition of reading her old letters to her ex-lover. It's an unusual concept, to say the least, but it works beautifully.Sure, there were moments where the plot veered into clichรฉ territory, ( romance clichรฉ in real life too tbh๐คฃ) Noelle and Theo's angsty banter was a treat for the heart, but what really stole the show for me was the relationship with their grandparents. Whether it was Paul and Theo or Noelle and her grandma, it made me reflect on my family dynamics, especially memories of my granddad, who was an avid bookworm. And can we talk about Paul? He was such a cutie pie! I couldn't help but root for him throughout the story. Honestly, I kind of need a spinoff just focused on him. The letters broke my heart but knowing they found love again was calming yet bittersweet, idk what to feel tbh about that.'You With a View' is a heartwarming blend of romance, mystery, and family bonds that is a pageturner. It got me out of my reading slump so I highly recommended giving this light and fun read a try, don't forget to DM me when you do so can chat about it all!!!

I'm in love with this book!
What an amazing book! I went through all the emotions while reading it, and I feel like words canโt do it justice. The way Jessica balanced grief and romance was beautifully done. The writing was excellent, the characters were relatable, and the whole plot was a perfect combination of heartbreak and recovery. The story follows Noelle, who is not living her best moment. She just lost Kat, her grandmother, whom she was really attached to, and she also lost her job and with it, her passion for photography. Then, thereโs Theo, her high school rival, and who apparently is living his best life as the successful CEO and co-founder of a travel app. He is also very attached to his grandfather Paul. And last but not least, we have Paul and Kat, whose past story was the reason of the current story. And they were mostly the reason why I cried like a baby.Unknowingly, Kat and Paul brought their grandkids together in the most heartwarming way. Noelle and Theo were the missing puzzle pieces to each other. Their chemistry was palpable from the very beginning, and their transition from enemies to lovers felt natural. Thereโs banter, thereโs adventure, there are secrets and truths being unfold, thereโs love, so much love, and thereโs spice, delicious and fantastic spice! You With a View is beautiful book that I highly recommend to other romance readers. Go, read it now!

I laughed and enjoyed every single word. The romance is there and the plot pretty much lays out the enemies-to-lovers but everything is unexpected. The writing is flawless, the characters are wonderful and the love that pours out of the book is full circle. A heartfelt story about grief and love
This sweet, wonderful, heartfelt story about grief, love, learning to trust, finding strength, and more has earned its way into one of my top books of 2023.Wow. I initially didnโt know if I could read it, because grandparents are central to the story and I am/was very closely connected to mine. I was worried it would hurt too much. Well it did. ๐คฃ But it also filled my heart with complete joy and comfort.Noelle and Theo were complex characters that felt full and real to me. I loved the TikTok tie-in and thought it worked so well within the story. Paul the grandfather was so charming and cute. The love between him and Theo was so pure and full of support. Theo held so much of himself back from Noelle and it was believable as to why.The sexual tension in this book was amaaaazing. Noelle and Theo had the best banter and snarky comebacks. It was clear their animosity wasnโt deep but rooted more in attraction. I loved reading about these two trying to keep their hands off each other!

Noelle decides to track down the man from the letter and embarks on an epic road trip with him and his grandson, setting herself on an unexpected journey.I can't believe this is Jessica's debut novel. This book touched my soul in a way I didn't expect, and it's exactly the reason why I read romance. This was such a unique and beautiful read! The entire book explores the theme of grief, both for a person and for lost dreams, and I absolutely loved every part of it. I love outdoor romances, and the road trip added so much forced proximity to the story. While the romance between Noelle and Theo was captivating, I also treasured Noelle's bond with Paul. During the journey, Paul shares memories of Noelle's grandmother with them, exchanging letters and photos that made the story even sweeter. It felt like experiencing two love stories at once: Noelle and Theo's, and Paul and Noelle's grandmother's.Theo and Noelle's connection was incredibly magnetic. Both of them had a few issues to work through, and it seemed like the trip was exactly what they needed. Rivals to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, and these two absolutely confirmed it for me. Their shared history made their reunion even more special. Watching them slip back into their familiar banter was so much funโI was laughing and kicking my feet!Although I usually love dual POV, I wasn't really bothered by not having Theo's perspective (though I would have enjoyed it). The communication between Noelle and Theo was so well done that I felt I knew enough of Theo's thoughts without needing his POV.Overall, I loved this, and I can't wait to see what Jessica brings us next! This book deserves infinite stars, and I think it might be the best romance I'm going to read this year. GO READ THIS RIGHT NOW!
