In the write up it says they have a sturdy lock mechanism - there isn’t one, sturdy or otherwise!Other than that fine for the price.

Perfect to put in a handbag or pocket.
I don’t know if it is just me but I always seem to need a tape measure, there is no way I am going to fit a full size one in my already has the kitchen sink in handbag, so these little cuties do perfectly. They only cover a metre but that’s all generally all I need.
