Seems to work...
This review is for: USB C to HDMI Cable 10ft 4K@60Hz, uni USB Type-C to HDMI Braided Cable (Thunderbolt 3 Compatible) with Samsung S21 / S20, MacBook Pro 2021/2020, MacBook Air/iPad Pro 2020, and MoreAmazon requests reviews of purchased products around the time that the product is delivered. This means that the reviews are based more on initial impressions than actual experience with the product. That said, here's the story:I was experimenting with hooking up my Vizio t.v. to my Macbook Pro because I was having problems with Internet streaming on the Vizio, even though the streaming had worked fine for a few years. I had previously bought an HDMI/C Connector cord from a local big-box home improvement store. When I hooked up the cable to t.v. and computer, it worked, but it took about 30 seconds of weird, digitized "noise" before the picture locked in, Because I had not done an HDMI/C Connector hook-up before, I figured that was a normal step for the t.v. and computer to sync up together. The audio from the computer did not play through the t.v.'s internal or external speakers, so I figured audio wasn't routed through the HDMI/C connector cable. It wasn't too long before this first cable failed, though. It took me a little while to figure out it was the cable that was the problem. I finally determined that the t.v. seemed to be working okay and the computer seemed to be fine, too. That left the cable as the suspect.I went to Amazon because of the convenience of shopping from home and the wide selection of products to choose from. Even a big-box store will probably not have a wide selection of reletively specialized products like an HDMI/C connector cable. Also, the user reviews are a big help in sorting through the many products Amazon offers.I looked at a number of of HDMI/C connector offerings and this 10' HDMI/USB cable was reasonably priced and well reviewed. The cable was promptly delivered. It appears to be robust with a thick, wiry feel. Almost too robust. I hooked it up to Vizio T.V. and to MacBook laptop and was amazed to see that the picture locked up almost immediately, without the digital noise that the original cord I had tried presented. I guess that the noise was the first indicator that the initial cord had problems. So, right out of the box, the new cord seemed to be better. Audio was still not delivered to the t.v.'s internal or external speakers. I don't know if there is some setting I have to adjust for audio, of if it is simply not delivered to the t.v. via the HDMI/USB cable. So, I give this a 5/5 based on the little experience I have with it. Like I said, the construction appears to be very robust. The wiriness of the cable makes it a little hard to straighten and route from t.v. to computer, but I'm not going to ding it a star for that, particularly if it lasts a long time. I do regret getting the 10' length. It's a little shorter than I need. I should have bought the 15' cord, but that's on me...

Works like a dream!
So I’ve been hosting karaoke for over 25 years and as the seasons change, technology changes. I recently had to upgrade my work laptop with karaoke software to a MacBook Air, M4, and couldn’t find anything where I could have a video out. I have been using this cable with my iPhone 15 Pro Max to play music and music videos. So my thought was to try it with this computer. It worked instantly! I am so pleased I bought two. If you’re doing the same as I am, you will need a splitter for the HDMI to go to all the TVs, but that’s easy to find here on Amazon.

Works well with most devices. Just not my Ultrawide.
For some reason this adaptor didn't work well with my Dell S3422DWG monitor and my MacBook Pro. The max resolution it was wanting to do was 2560x1440 at 60Hz. For reference my Samsung G50A 2560x1440@165Hz was getting the full resolution AND refresh rate. Using a normal HDMI to HDMI cable with the MacBook got me the whole resolution (but only at 100Hz but that is a limitation of the monitors HDMI port.) I will be returning this cable, as I wound up buying a different USB-C to HDMI 2.1 Cable that is working with my monitor. Not sure what exactly what was causing the issue here, I've seen multiple reviews saying that this works fine with ultrawide (hence why I purchased it), YMMV.

Works with both my Surface laptops
I use a Surface Book 2 as a "desktop". I have a 32 inch 1080p HD monitor on the wall near my desk which is hooked up to my Xfinity box for watching TV. The monitor has two HDMI ports. On the Book 2 with a 15 inch screen, the USB-C port can be configured for dual displays on the computer. This 6 ft. cable is just the right length to allow me to use the dual display feature. Plug it into the USB-C port on the computer and the second HDMI input on the monitor and I have a dual display setup for stuff that benefits from the larger screen.I also have a Surface Pro 9. I have MLB-TV on this laptop for watching games. I usually just watch on the 13 inch screen on the computer, but every once in a while I want to watch on the big screen. This cable connects to a spare HDMI port on my 65 inch TV, and either one of the USB-C ports on the Pro 9. In this configuration, the TV simply mirrors the computer display, but that is fine for this dedicated use.The HDMI output from either computer allows the audio to be controlled by the display device. This is especially nice for the big TV.The cable cover is heavy braided construction, which makes it a little stiff for easy routing. Once it is hooked up, it does not need to move, so if it connects, it works. The heaviness should make for a good service life.
