It’s an pretty pink and works well with my disability so I 100% recommend if your someone that wants to be active but has knee pains or an disability ! honestly this mat is an game changer and the price is very good

This is one of the softest yoga mats I have bought. It's non slip & although not too thick gives the impression of a firm, thicker mat. I've used this for both yoga & other workouts with confidence.I recommend this item.

This is a perfectly decent exercise mat which is no worse but also no better than most others.We have quite a few such mats in our household. As a family, we started exercising at home during Covid lockdown and have continued mostly to exercise at home. Now that I've tried quite a few exercise mats from different manufacturers, I think most of the ones made from TPE are fairly similar to be honest.It's really useful having an exercise mat as I wear trainers while exercising and the mat protects our wooden floors. The mat stays in place when I do floor work or yoga-type exercises. The mat does move gradually when I do cardio-type exercises - the kind of exercise that involves running, jumping, or moving around. It doesn't move enough that I slip on the mat - the mat just moves a few millimetres at a time. But this happens with all of the TPE mats that I have tried.Overall, this is a perfectly functional yoga and exercise mat. It's very, very similar to others made from TPE. So it does a good job of protecting my wooden floors. It provides cushioning when I run or leap around on it. It also provides a good level of cushioning for my hands or back and butt when I'm lying on it.

Nice and cushioned but not sticky. My hands and feet slide when doing certain poses so not ideal.Wouldn’t buy it again.

There is no stretch or slip. It is a bit more expensive than some mats but we’ll worth it.

Ich habe in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrere Yogamatten ausprobiert und war daher sehr gespannt auf dieses Exemplar.Was mir direkt auffiel: es ist unfassbar gut verarbeitet und die Matte fühlt sich total angenehm und weich an. Aber nicht zu weich, die Mischung ist in meinen Augen perfekt.Rollt man sie aus, wird sie innerhalb weniger Augenblicke gerade, es gibt keine Rollen, keine "Dellen" oder sonstiges. Sie passt sich innerhalb von 20 Sekunden dem Untergrund an und liegt flach. Top!Was mir ebenfalls unfassbar gut gefiel: sie haftet top am Boden. Getestet habe ich es sowohl auf sehr rutschigem Laminat als auch auf Fliesenboden. Die Matte bleibt haften, selbst bei Yoga-Übungen bei denen andere Matten bisher davon gerutscht sind. Auch das: Top!Beim Zusammenrollen verhält sie sich dann ebenfalls sehr gut, sie ist nicht störrisch oder arbeitet gegen einen sondern lässt sich so eng zusammenrollen wie man es möchte. Mit dem zugehörigen Trage-Fixierband ist sie innerhalb einer Minute platzsparend zusammengepackt.Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Yoga-Matte. Einziges Manko: sie nimmt unfassbar schnell Schmutz an. Feuchte Füße hinterlassen augenblicklich Abdrücke, die dann auch nicht mehr gut wegzubekommen sind. Hier wäre es also optimal, die Matte in einer dunkleren Farbe anzubieten, da sieht man die Flecken nicht so.

Esterilla de yoga vendida por la marca Formfit, que aunque está específicamente indicada para ésta práctica, se puede utilizar para muchos otros tipos de gimnasia, y para relajación también va genial. En casa las usamos de modo ambivalente, especialmente para ejercicios de suelo como abdominales y flexiones, y también las usamos como tatami improvisado, juntando varias esterillas, quizás no sea muy ortodoxo, pero para pasar un rato y hacer algo de deporte con los críos, es más que suficiente.Respecto a su calidad y características, es muy similar a otras que tenemos en casa, lo cuál no quiere decir ni mucho menos que todas las esterillas que encontraremos en el mercado sean iguales, ni mucho menos, hay calidades muy diferentes y eso repercute a la hora de utilizarlas: las hay demasiado finas, las hay demasiado cortas en longitud, las hay más estrechas, y también las hay de materiales de mala calidad que prácticamente parecen foam para hacer manualidades.Esta esterilla es de las que valen la pena, está realizada en Tpe, que es un material sintético que tiene propiedades y características similares al caucho, a las que además se le añade la virtud principal del tpe, que es una mayor elasticidad, lo que la hace más resistente y flexible y evita que se estropee en exceso con el uso constante.Además, la superficie de la esterilla es a prueba de alérgenos y olores, el sudor no se queda impregnado, y es fácil de limpiar.En cuanto a las medidas de la esterilla son buenas, tiene un grosor de 6 mm, por lo que está convenientemente acolchada sin resultar excesivamente blanda, y permite realizar ejercicios de equilibrio de manera estable. Respecto al largo y ancho, me ha sorprendido ver que no se detalla en la descripción del producto, en mi caso, mide exactamente 1,82 centímetros de longitud y 61,8 centímetros de anchura, en general creo que tiene unas medidas proporcionadas y razonables.Por último, comentar que al desenrollarla enseguida toma forma y se asienta en el suelo, no hay que andar estirando y colocando los extremos. Al enrollarla para guardarla, contamos con una correa elástica para sujetarla, que además forma una asa para poder llevarla cómodamente en la mano o colgada al hombro.En definitiva, me ha gustado, tiene una buena calidad y un tamaño adecuado, por el momento no está disponible para comprarla por lo que desconozco su precio, pero si el mismo fuera adecuado y proporcionado, la recomiendo como una buena compra.
