Great product
I used them for a party. I placed cooked ground meat in the metal containers. The meat was kept hot for at least 2hrs and warm after that for 2 hrs. I was very surprised and grateful for that which meant I didn't have to re heat the meat.

Overall the pans are good, butttt.... they crimping under the lip is sharp, and I have sliced my fingers 3 times in 2 days. And not just a little cut, a good deep cut. They need to crimp it tighter and make a better lip.
