This is a very cheap caliper so you can't expect much but it is accurate and it is super easy to read and use. Came with a battery in it and a spare. Not bad for 10 bucks. Worth the cost for simple but if you need high accuracy and quality you probably wouldn't consider this one.

I don't dislike anything about them. Easy to use. I build models and make a lot of close up measurements. Just remember to shut them off when done or It will run the battery down.

The numbers keep appearing disorderly without ceasing, making it unusable

I recently found this caliper recommended in a hobby forum I belong to and upon opening the package and examining it I believe it to be worthy of the recommendations found in the forum.The caliper is lightweight, yet sturdy and has a nice size digital display that I can read without my magnifying reader glasses. The caliper has a button to change from millimeters to inches, another for zeroing and one for turning it off and on. The caliper will turn itself off after a couple of minutes which helps to keep your battery last longer.There is also an extra battery included, which is a nice added touch.Overall, this is a very nice tool that I will be incorporating into my hobby and I feel like it is a very good investment at such a low price.

Great caliper for the money. Digital display is much quicker to read than an analog one, and the buttons make switching between metric and US Standard a breeze. I don’t use it for machining or anything that requires thousandths of an inch, but seems to be more than accurate enough for measurements like mm and larger. Which is exactly what one should expect from a ~$10 caliper

I had no complaints about the quality of the caliper. It works well and is accurate enough for the measurements I do, but I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have the capacity to give results in fractions of an inch. That would have made it a lot easier to use when measuring nut or bolt sizes. But I knew that before I bought it and so It is not the fault of the description. I just didn't realize how useful it would be to have the fractions calculated automatically.

I use this caliper for measuring beads and rhinestones, etc in jewelry making. I try to zero it out before taking each measurement. For smaller beads and rhinestones I have gotten different readings so you need to be precise in positioning the clampers or reading will be inaccurate. Display is large enough for me and easy to see. Given the price, it is a good value and I have been relatively pleased with the tool. Only issue has been different readings on the same object, but it may be due to user error.

Simple and relatively robust. It will not rust! Providing a spare battery and being near ready to use, was a major plus. Although living in Brazil we pay approximately 4 x the original price, it was good value for the money. Note: I am not using this for professional use.

The resolution of this caliper is as advertised, and it's very repeatable. You can slide it all over the place and it still returns faithfully to zero.For a little bit more money elsewhere you could get a caliper that can display its imperial measurements in fractions. For quite a bit more money you could get something more accurate. But if you want something for household and light workshop use, and you don't mind doing the math, then this caliper right down your alley.

Extremely weak construction using plastic as the main component for this caliper.There will be very little reliability for mid to long-term usage due to the marring effects that can and most likely will happen to the plastic calipers measuring arms.I would strongly recommend in looking for a caliper that has a metal base construction at the minimum requirement when choosing this type of measuring tool

The media could not be loaded.  When I first got this item it was amazing. I put some coilovers on my car and it helped me to make sure all sides of my car are equal. After a 2 weeks it started to freak out. As seen in the video it doesnt even measure just freaks out and has a mind of its own.

This works well but it's definitely not heavy duty or made for the wood working shop. This is more for arts and crafts or measuring delicate items. It's good for my purposes and they even give you a spare batter. It doesn't have a locking turn knob, which is very useful if that were to put one on like all other calipers

The caliper is made of plastic, which already reflected in the selling price. I don't mind at all, cuz it won't scratch my watches. In terms of accuracy, I use it for "relative measurement", not absolute measurement. It meant that I had a watch as reference, used it to compare with other watches.I will recommend to anyone who is looking for similar product.
