Item arrived as described and workmanship appears to be very good. Its very light (in weight), a pleasure to use. The main reason to purchase though is longevity so time will tell! So far so good.....

I've never had anything that's really fell apart on me, but I have to say this is a first. The price tag on this item would suggest its of premium quality and the warranty on offer only reinforces that aura of a well made product. But the truth is there are a lot of products out there which are really poor quality. As customers I think it's our duty to advise each other of this fact. The number of positive reviews gave me an indication that this was a good product. I had contacted the seller as I noticed some hairline cracks on the wooden shaft, and some scuff marks at the tip, I don't think it had been used prior, but it would interesting to know how they got there. Anyway I was asked to provide pictures, and then when the handle came clean off, that made my decision to return it straight away. It's frustrating really.

Good umbrella, looks expensive but good value

This looks good, and I had been quite pleased with it, but sadly it appears that it's only superficially a quality product. I had only used this three or four times before the neck broke after gently applying pressure to it. Would be happy to accept this as my fault but on examination of the wood of the shaft it is made of very loose fibred wood unfortunately, and therefore not surprising that it would break accidentally.

An excellent, classy product. Well made with a good mechanism, good size too.

Lovely looking umbrella. Had it for 18months & used 5 times if that. It blew inside out & all the spokes snapped. It is covered by a lifetime guarantee which is on the tag??? Or sent by email(which never got as I’ve been through all my emails since 2017) so I’m out of luck. REMEMBER register the brolly!!! ....& don’t use it in the wind 💨

Je trouve le parapluie très joli et le mécanisme d'ouverture est pas mal. Malheureusement, il est vraiment de mauvaise qualité. Surtout par rapport à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce. Quand il y a du vent, il ballote comme s'il n'était pas bien attaché à la canne. Après quelques mois, une des baleines s'est déjà tordue et après un an, elle est tombée lorsque je l'ouvrais. Comme il est encore sous garantie, j'ai demandé un dédommagement.

E' un Ottimo Ombrello , non ho dato le 5 Stelle per il motivo della sua Grandezza . Non è piccolo , ma nemmeno tanto grande . La sua struttura in compenso è all' altezza di qualità

Great classic umbrella. I've used it a few times and it works perfectly. Keeps me dry and looking good. It's very light weight but doesn't feel to cheap. It's easy to open and close. When carrying it it can double as a walking stick if you want to go classic but suits any outfit when in use or just carrying.

The umbrella is beautiful, light, and elegant. I really like it. I haven't had a chance to use it in the rain yet, but I'm sure it will preform as intended. The one I purchased through Amazon did arrive defective. I contacted the company directly and they were able to fully resolve everything for me quickly and easily. Very happy.
