What is the filling made of? I know it is down alternative, but what is it?

This filling clumped together and it became flat as a pancake. Definitely not worth all that money. I was on the hunt for yet another pillow until I found newentor pillow. It doesn't squish or flatten overnight. It holds my screwed up up neck perfectly throughout the night. I love it.

Is this come with pillowcase and pillow?

Each assembled pillow comes with three inner pillows in three different thicknesses inside of a padded/cushioned shell/case. You will still need to use a typical pillowcase to cover the pillow.
