Can the shelves be moved to the left side on the single bag model?

Hi, the shelves cannot be moved to the left side of the single storage rack due to the golf bag storage having a larger width. For reference, the left side that can store a golf bag measures 16.5 inches in width, and the shelf storage on the right side is 11.3 inches in width. How high off the floor does it make the golf bag sit off the floor. I want to install this inside a cabinet but have limited head room?

The stand raises the bottom of the bags around 0.5-0.75inch. I measured and the top of my driver (Male standard length) is around 48 inches from the floor inside my stand bag. The stand comes with little fake grass mats you can put where the the bags sit so you can probably shave off a quarter inch if you just put the bags straight on the stand
