Not really. It comes with a metal ring binded notebook that can be replaced. Perhaps you can place your pen in the binding.I leave my pen inside the cover and wrap the entire notebook as normal. It stays in place. No extra holder needed.

I love it! Sorry ditched the notebook for another time, it now holds my A5 diary. My diary is a wk on 2 pages and fits a treat. Have made use of the leather inside to hold things such as paperclips, stamps, post it notes, letters etc. Great service, fast delivery & personalised just how I asked. Will use Joytoken again.
