Not only are these additively delicious, but I’ve noticed a huge change in my energy levels. When I take these I get a great boost for the day. My appetite has curbed substantially as well, which helps me stay at the calorie deficit I need to lose weight. I started these a month ago and have noticed increased weight loss. I’m almost at my goal weight, and I would say these definitely helped and are a great tool!

After reading some of the reviews, figured let me give it a try. Honestly wasn't expecting much, however to my surprise its actually a pretty good. Not only does it taste great, with no after taste. Big plus! The gummies dissolve quickly with no after grit. It helps with curbing my appetite and pretty much gives me a boost of energy.
