Unsure of the product.

It's a good product and tastes really good,my kids willingly have it as a sweet.Its nice to have such products wherein the supplements required are taken care of with a good flavour and taste. It's decently priced.

I can't comment on long term effects as I've tried only once but I'll comment on the taste. It has a citrusy orange taste. Tastes much better than candy gummies. Has absolutely no bitter medicine after taste which is a good thing. Some gummies tasted different than others but they're good.

I would give this an avoid as it contains too much sugar .. there are other gummies or multi vitamins with almost no sugar available

Ok but better to take sesame seeds
