What is the difference between this and Seachem Reef Plus?

Trace elements are elements, Ca, Mg, iron, and many other elements found in sea water, and Reef Plus is Amino Acids and Vitamins that are used for reef corals..

will the copper hurt the shrimps ?

No, not enough copper to hurt inverts.

Can i use this with kalkwasser and should i use it with kalkwasser. i am concerned about calcium/alkalinity overdose.

I used to use it with no adverse effects. I wouldn't dose it at the same time as you do the others but what I used to do was the alkalinity one day, calcium the next day, magnesium the following one, with trace elements the following one....I didn't put it in more than once a week. With regard to the Kalkwasser, I don't know if you have seen the u-tube video by Julian Sprung on it..........but it is worth the effort to see it.
