I'm not sure that this is any better than my Gorilla glue, but it's good.

Excellent glue, use it regularly. Has a longer setting time giving longer project assembly time. Is waterproof when set but can be cleaned away with a damp cloth.

Nel mio laboratorio ho provato diverse colle per legno nel corso degli anni, ma quando si tratta di giunzioni che devono resistere all'umidità o al contatto con l'acqua, la Titebond III è diventata la mia scelta fissa e non ho più cercato alternative. La uso per elementi in legno esposti a condizioni difficili: giunti per esterni, componenti che possono bagnarsi, strutture in ambienti umidi. La tenuta è eccellente e, una volta polimerizzata, il giunto regge senza cedimenti anche dopo cicli ripetuti di umidità e asciugatura. Si lavora bene: il tempo aperto è sufficiente per posizionare i pezzi con calma, la viscosità è giusta e non cola eccessivamente. La pulizia dei residui freschi con acqua è un vantaggio pratico rispetto ad alcune alternative. Il prezzo è decisamente elevato rispetto a una colla per legno standard, questo è innegabile. Ma considerando che la uso solo dove serve davvero — ovvero dove l'umidità è un fattore reale — un flacone dura a lungo e il costo si ammortizza nel tempo. Pagare di più per avere la certezza che il giunto tenga è una scelta che rifarei senza dubbi. Per chi lavora il legno seriamente e ha bisogno di affidabilità nelle condizioni più esigenti, è semplicemente la migliore che ho trovato.
