Good protein, nicely mixible good package, chocolate taste is not good, results are fine and scoop is not as metioned 39 gram scoop but its actually 20-25 gram scoop

WAS HAPPY TILL RECEIVED A BAD BATCH.FROM 5 STARS TO 2.Overall a good product.A good beginner level whey protein.It has carbs in it, which is not a bad thing.This is the kind of product that will keep you in shape.If you are trying to lose fat then take this with a lot of cardio and weight training.If you are bulking to cut later then take it with milk. it will work then.if you are in a decent shape and want lean gain then you need the blend of protein and carbs.This will give you great results if you have proper technique and routine in the gym.P.S. some people say the scoop is small, you need to take two scoops at one time.
