Getting acquainted with the laptop but so far everything seems great. It is a bit different from my last HP laptop, but I am having fun exploring. Can't wait to find out all the new things that are available with Windows 11.

Adequate for it's purpose
I bought this laptop for an elderly friend who is on a budget, they needed a new pc i.e. an upgrade from the old Acer emachine they were using! This laptop is adequate and I guess for the price it suits their needs, but there is nothing to write home about. The processor is slow on startup or restart and opening web pages isn't instantaneous, which should be a given, on even the most basic of computers, in this day and age. Their internet speed is fine btw. I wouldn't recommend this laptop.EDIT: August 28,2023Seller is not willing to offer a refund, outside the 30 day window. I bought the laptop on 7/12/2023 and the issue started just 34 days later. I don't recommend buying this laptop. Search online for "Idea pad hinge issue" You'll be glad you did. I knew this laptop was not high-end, but I didn't expect it to literally fall apart a month later. I originally gave it 3 stars. Now I wish I could give it zero stars.

Windows 11 won't load. Microsoft help unable to access to fix problem, computer malfunction. No guarantee no fix. I can pay someone to fix it or use as door stop. Seller knows exactly what their selling you. One born every minute, don't let it be you.

Less than a month old and the hinge is already coming apart
I’ve had this thing for less than a month and now it can’t even be opened or closed without having to PUSH the screen and laptop back together.Update 7-22: the hinge has now completely separated from the screen and the Lenovo warranty that comes with the laptop doesn’t cover this obvious defect. So save yourself some money, and buy another brand of laptop.
