This heat pad is perfect for our litter of puppies. It's big enough to cover 1/4 of our very large whelping box. As soon as I put it in situ the pups crawled onto it and lay very contented. No huddling together to keep warm. It stays at a constant temp and is s lot less hassle than a heat lamp. This mat has been an absolute godsend and the best pet product I've bought!

I have a longdog - a mix of two sighthounds, she is half saluki and half whippet. Sighthounds have very deep pads and long claws, and nest with vigour and energy and she regularly destroys her bed. I have to buy non-stuffed bedding because she can hack through it in minutes.I use a large wicker bed and have put the mat under. The corners stick out a bit but it's near impossible to get her out of the bed in the mornings - I have it on a timer overnight - until it cools down. it works perfectly under the bed, rather than on top as they advise in the instructions.

Very happy with this pet electric heating pad. I was worried it wouldn't be warm enough but it definately (H here) is. My dog doesn't chew on it. If I bought it again, I'd go for a size that let's my dog move off it within kennel in case he's too warm. As it is, it fills his kennel area so I make sure plenty of covering to dissipate the warmth between him and pad. Used it all over last winter and no damage to it. Quality item.

This has been one of the best products I’ve bought for whelping. It provides a warm space for my puppies to lie on which is not too hot, yet provides the warmth pups need in the first 2 weeks of birth. I would recommend purchasing the spare cover as you’ll need this in the first days, but it washes great and has been very useful.

Product was not fit for purpose or defective - it got too hot for new born puppies. Seller refused refund. Not getting anywhere with returning the item. The customer service has been dreadful. I will never purchase from this company again.

Good size and seemingly good quality. Purchased for our elderly Labrador who is suffering with arthritis and recovering from surgery for elbow dysplasia. It is waterproof (plastic covered) which is good as he’s a bit of a dribbler so no need to worry about it getting wet. Cord is strong and sturdy. No timer or temperature control though. Generally doesn’t feel too warm but is activated by pressure so it’s lovely and warm once he’s lying on it. Because you can’t control the temperature I think he gets a bit hot sometimes. My biggest complaint is that the dog doesn’t get a look in as the cat seems to have claimed it!

Excellent product, if you’re thinking of having a litter off your dog or cat this is a must keeps the pups lovely and warm even when the mums not there, this is our third heat mat as a back up.

Fantastic product which does everything that it says it will do on the box. Our feral cat, who lives outdoors in a cat kennel absolutely loves it. Highly recommended by both owners and cats! Thank you so much.
