They're okay....
Toppers were cute. Only 2 blippi heads but a lot of good vehicles. The stick part is big but didn't have issues with putting in cupcakes. The vupcake holders are large. Didn't look right with standard cupcake. The bottom is open and it doesn't hold together well. Only has a train and nothing blippi. Did the job but wasn't 100% satisfied...

No paper cups
Okay so ultimately yes its on me not seeing the fine print and realizing this has no paper cups just cup cake wrappers and toppers. Would it hurt to have some plain cups in there to go with the wrappers though? Value you for money id say by not having them puts this low on the totem pole in my book. On the plus side they are decent enough decorations and will accomplish the goal of jazzing up your cupcakes for your special one and whatever occasion it may be.
