Having these letters published in such a beautiful and engaging way truly cements this fundamental part of the timeline in its rightful place in history. The book is written in a way that will enthral readers young and old; the illustrations are classic whilst also warm and full of life - they almost act out the story as you read it which makes it even more captivating. The quality of the book is highly impressive, it now sits in pride of place on our children’s book shelves and will no doubt be a lifelong favourite of ours.
