Seems well made and stable, but for something that is just plastic it was a little expensive, but I suppose with rising prices is okay.

Good addition to my home gym. I have knee problems and this has helped to strengthen the muscles around the joint as well as giving me a cardio work out… very pleased

Arrived in damaged condition.

I have, essentially, just received this. It was straight forward to put together with all three (or two additional) levels. One did not fit securely, or flush. I attempted to push it down to no avail. I pointed it out to my brother, who is an avid gym goer, to my shame, he simply smashed it down, if you will, with the palm of his hand… job done!As I have mentioned, the item I received is fine. It is unfortunate that some have reported that their purchase arrived damaged. For those that damaged it themselves, I would be curious as to how exactly they were using it, as it seems suitably robust. I am not a heavy person (10 to 11 stone - a large range, I know but it is purely illustrative), I could only imagine this being damaged, by the weight placed upon it, if that weight was extraordinary and it was placed on extremely uneven ground. Mine is placed on a wooden floor and soon I will place a gym mat between it, and said floor.My balance is very poor. So, getting used to this will take time, no doubt, but from the very little I have done so far, I am confident that, with time, this will improve my gait.

For keg exercises after a knee replacement operation

If you’re looking to get into home step activities this is ideal if you are on a budget. The step can be adjusted to 3 different heights (depending on how energetic you’re feeling!) Build quality is reasonable to good, it’s sturdy enough for a near 18st man, however with size 11.5 feet I could do with the platform depth to be a little deeper. Compared to many other step platforms on the market this is great value and will be more than adequate for 95% of people. Happy stepping!

Working from home through a pandemic, sat in front of a screen for hours, needed something aerobic that would be simple to use and easy to access and store. This stepper does the job. It does lack finesse, in that while the additional levels all clip into the base (there are two additional levels included), when one of the additional levels is clipped in for use the other has nowhere to go ... it would have been nice if they had figured a way to raise the levels and still clip in the unused. Great for the money though.

Easy to adjust height and light enough to store away. Would suggest get a mat to put under neath if you are using this on carpet as it leaves marks.
