Katie: Katie's London Christmas

This series is so wonderful for inspiring interest in the masterpieces in kids. Mine all love to read these books over and over again.

Beautiful book, it was larger than I thought. My sister's name is Katie and we were all born in England. This was a gift for her and she loved it.

When my children were younger, we had a few of these Katie books. I couldn’t resist getting this Christmas one the other day when I spotted it. I love the whole English feel about it, things like “Father Christmas” and there were lots of Welsh corgis, which are my favorite.

Hubby read this Captain America first, he comment to me afterwards was that he loved all of the London sights as he was reading. Of course hubby and I are from England so this book with definitely have a place close to our hearts.

Lovely book as are all the Katie books. Much loved by my grandchildren. This one is a favourite of my grandson in New Zealand. It has lovely illustrations of London landmarks and a very readable story.

It was meant as a Christmas gift to an 8 year-old girl who learns English as a foreign language and she loved it!The vocabulary used is simple enough for a young child to understand and the illustrations are very beautiful. It also takes you around London in the most exciting way!

Lovely Christmas book. Maybe not as good as the other James Mayhew. We are big fans, but lovely nonetheless!

My grandson has learnt about London at school and has visited the city at half term. He loves this book and I think children will enjoy the magical story even if they don't know London
