I have had trouble in the past with the corded nail drills where the cord connection gets damaged. Since getting this I have had no issues. I really like that it is a USB C connector and charges quickly. There is no power loss and runs long enough for you to do a full set of nails. Easier to store as there is no bulky cord. I am very pleased.

I purchased one of these type of drill/file before from a different vendor. Unfortunately it was battery operated, so it did not have much power. This is USB charged and has 3 speeds and works like a charm. It also comes with so many attachments, it's great for fingers or toes, thin nails or thick. (I have even used it for my pups nails because the sound is lower and doesn't spook the)m

I brought the item becuase of good reiviews, HOWEVER, UNFORTUNATELY, I received the the damaged transparent box, tried to contact with customer service to follow up, but no respond, feeling disappointed to the product and customer service.NOT RECOMMENEDED!!
