Easy to put together. Looks nice and comfortable seat.

Their version of "Golden Oak" does not match any other version of Golden Oak I have seen. It is very orange looking and did not match our true golden oak furniture. KART-IT refused to pay for shipping on the return so I had to pay $75 to ship it and then they proceeded to take a 10% restocking fee, so I lost more than half of what I paid to begin with. The chair seemed study enough but with the color problem we had to return it and they refused to pay shipping since it was not structurally defective. Beware buying furniture on line. The shipping will kill you if you return it and you can't trust the color that you see on line.

I can't give the chairs 5 stars because one of them has a leg which is about 1/4" short and thus the chair has a slight teeter on a hard surface. It is unnoticeable when one sits in it, especially when on carpet, so we decided to hang on to it. The assembly was quite easy. I'm 72 and was able to put all 6 together in 90 minutes, which include 5-min breaks between the three boxes. The chairs are sturdy, color is good (white) and we really like the oak seat for contrast. We are using them around our cherry dining room table - the contrast looks sharp. By the one way, one of the boxes had a tear in it, but the chairs inside were packaged well enough to prevent harm.

I bought a set of these chairs for very light use. I've sat in one a few times and it seems sturdy enough. The wood looks good (nice rich color) and the paint job seemed to be high enough quality. They were relatively easy to put together and I don't recall being disappointed by the quality when I opened up the box. I'd say I put both together in about 10-20 minutes and I think the assembly tool shipped with the chairs. I wasn't wowed, but I wasn't let down either. Solid purchase. Lightweight without feeling cheap.

I thought the seat color wouldn't be as dark .now I have to refinish my kitchen table .

These chairs are beautiful! I was concerned about buying furniture online however these are well built and look nice. Also, assembly was not difficult at all.

Most of the wood is veneer with a cheap composite filler (all but the seat if I'm not mistaken), if you have a puppy it may well ruin the legs, but otherwise they look nice, are pretty comfortable and feel pretty solid once assembled.

The chairs look beautiful! The seat scratches easily and so we’ve got a scratch mark in one already. Also, the bolts loosened up after assembly. We’ve had to re-tighten them many times.

The chairs came earlier than expected. The assembly was very easy.

Reasonable for the price. Time will tell how well the surfaces will stand up to small children.

A very solid chair. No issues with this one, just a great piece.
