A very good size and really well presented. Easy to read and great for teaching my kids. More importantly the kids love looking at it and asking me questions which was what I wanted and sometimes something they have learnt something or watched something on tv/internet and then we can refer to the globe. I previously bought (and returned) a smaller one which looked the same and seemed ok, but the smaller size made it less interesting and difficult to follow ( the globe itself looked good) and once we got this replacement, we realised that getting a bigger one made a difference to the children's interest levels

Globe was delivered without the stand however, really good support from the seller and a replacement was sent out quickly. Granddaughter is delighted with it and quality is good for the money.

Swift delivery. Lovely size globe bought for 11yr old. He loves it. Took many attempts by several people to attach the globe to its base. Thankfully this was finally achieved!!

We bought this globe for our 6 year old grand-daughter, who loves looking at globes, maps and atlases. She was very pleased with it, as we were. It was the perfect size for a young child. It had a good deal of pertinent information on it, which was clear to read. It was competitively priced and arrived very soon after it was ordered. All in all, a very rewarding shopping experience - and, more importantly, a very pleased 6 year old.

It is a very attractive, bright globe a joy to look at. It is very well made and sturdy. Very easy to find places.... Grandchildren are really enjoying finding places..

I bought this globe for my nine year old grandson, who I expected not to be too impressed. But he really liked it, and it has already started conversations about where we’d been on holiday, why it was hotter there than at home, what route we took to get there etc. We’ll talk about the axis shift and seasons, night and day, and phases of the moon later too. It’s not quite sturdy enough to last long in a school classroom, but more than adequate for a bedroom. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Some things are just too hard to visualise using apples, oranges and ping pong balls!

A globe is a globe, the map is nice and easy to read for the size. However at this price point, I expected something a bit more robust, the plastic is thin and it can slip out of the base with a small bit of rough handling. Not suitable for younger children for that reason.

This globe is great for beginners , very clear , and good size .
