Wellman, Multivitamin Tablets for Men Over 70 Years

Bought as a xmas gift to my uncle; I thought about having these tables as supplements to complete my daily dose of needed vitamins. Multivitamin tablets are an excellent supplement to support overall health by filling nutritional gaps in everyday diets. They typically contain a blend of essential vitamins and minerals that contribute to various bodily functions, including immune support, energy production, and bone health. It does taste nice which is a bonus. What makes multivitamins valuable is their role in ensuring consistent intake of key nutrients like vitamins A, C, D, E, B-complex, zinc, and iron, which are crucial for maintaining vital processes. For example, vitamin D supports bone strength and immune function, while B vitamins help convert food into energy. Since modern diets can sometimes lack variety or adequate micronutrients, multivitamins help bridge these deficiencies efficiently. The expiry date is good, which gives you time to consume tablets and to reduce waste. I'd recommend it to everyone one, its worth the money and absolutely effective.

This product arrived on time the packaging was good, I’m a 70 year old male, who before taking these tablets felt weak tired and very lethargic, before I was very active but felt my health was going down hill rapidly, I was recommended by a friend to start taking these Wellman tablets and obviously to start eating healthier, after taking them for just over two weeks, I began to realise I wasn’t nodding off everytime that I sat down, and had got my strength back to grip and take these stubborn tops of food jars, and generally felt a lot better full of energy. I’m going to continue taking these, and will be placing a order for them again.

Easy to use but who knows whether they improve health - It’s an act of faith!

My first review for Amazon regarding this product was declined as not suitable. I wrote it a year ago on my 70th birthday having been given them as a joke by a friend and neighbour. Now aged 71, this is my second subsequent order of this product, which I buy at Amazon’s maximum rate of 5 boxes at a time; usually when they are on offer. Competitively priced, I have to say that I have not noticed any improvement in my performance at the gym, however, looking at the key ingredients and questioning the NHS and other sites, the vitamins in particular are provided in appropriate doses. Similarly the minerals are beneficial and in an appropriate dose for a man of my age. This leaves the final group of items like ginseng, pumping seed extract, beta carotene etc. Again the general consensus is that these items are beneficial, however, it is difficult to confirm whether they are provided in a sufficient amount to determine if they are appropriate for need. As recommended, I take my single tablet once a day after my evening meal; the largest meal of the day routinely for me. The tablet are quite large, but lozenge shaped so easy for me to swallow. Those with concerns regarding their size could easily split them in two. In terms of taste, they are meant to be swallowed whole, but they do have a slightly yeast/malt flavour. How effective they I am not qualified to comment on, but having used them for over a year now, I must have some faith in them. Decent price from Amazon and far cheaper than a health shop or my local super market. A decent multi vitamin/multi mineral which is the essence of my original review.

I have found these tablets very effective in a short space of time.I have always kept fit even though I am 78.I do a lot of long distance walking and these Wellman 70plus really speed my recovery up.

It’s hard to really tell if vitamins really do work for me or not, so however, my review is this that I am 74 soon to 75 and 60 lbs overweight and my point is this I generally loose my energy while trying to get the lbs off and before I purchased these vitamins that’s way it was for me. But after taking these for over two weeks now I’m doing quite well. When I run low I will reorder these again.
