I was so happy and upset at the same time. I bought two same product and got two different packaging one New and one Used. I was so upset because both items was to be use for fathers day gift now i can not.Next time i am going to order seperate and not togther. Nb.. not satisfied and very angry

I bought this for my dad for the holidays and he's officially retired his old tumbler. Now, this is the one he takes to work and uses at home. Though I thought the writing on cup would be a little bigger, it's still perfectly readable and the print is crisp and clean.HOWEVER - while the mug itself is great, the cover cracked after barely a week of light use. See the picture! The idea is a good one, but the quality and execution of the cover is lacking.

This cup is super cute and good quality graphics, but the mouth cover is broken and can’t figure out how to contact the seller. The prong that is supposed to fit inside on the right side of the photo won’t fit into the lid bc the plastic is pointed upwards instead of out, if that makes sense. Would love a replacement lid if possible.

Was a gift. My brother really likes it.
