The razor has stopped working after 3 uses. The battery must be faulty as it becomes extremely weak after a few minutes use.It states it has 75% battery left yet won’t work!!!

Based on trying to use this for over a month (and missing any returns cut-off!!). This gets a 5/10 for effort but only 1/10 for what it does! Tries too hard with too many bits & pieces - would benefit from focussing on 1 thing & doing it well imho.The head & battery body come apart easily when you are using any attachment, which is ridiculous.It is unnecessarily fiddly to open up to clean. The battery life is, at best, poor - gives 2 full shaves at a push, but sounds like it's struggling all the time.Does not shave close & needs constant lubrication - multiple passes required & can feel blades getting hot.So, in summary, this is a big NO from me - save up for a better razor that actually can do what it is supposed to do!

I had one of these for about 5 months and was really happy with it until it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason

Battery life is terrible. Went from fully charged to zero in 1 use. The parts kept falling off whilst I used it. The clipper guards don't actually shave your beard to the length stated due to bad design. They are all no.3.

It’s a Christmas gift so it’s not been used yet but it does look good and plenty of accessories, nice to hold on hand

To cheaply made and looked like it would break taking the head off to clean. Also the on/off switch was very temperamental and didn’t always work
