John does a great job at displaying his personal experience into a format that others can understand. Well done.

I love the analogies and examples that John Thomas uses in the book, some made me giggle, some made a tear come to my eye; all of them fit the subjects and what he is trying to convey about our lives and how much we NEED Nobility.Spoiler there is a chapter on forgiveness. It's the one I like least and the one I love most because it's the one I need to work on. He explains the need in ways that prompt you to evaluate your decisions.Thank you for the quick read, my only criticism is there were several typos, which most people would probably not notice but if you are one of those people forgive them and move on. The lessons in the book are worth it!!!

John Thomas is an effective communicator who brings a breadth of experience to this book. Readable and practical, the book is a powerful challenge to find the best and noblest parts of our character and bring them every situation in life.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet John at a conference and hear him discuss a lot of the topics in this book. I'm very glad to be able to read the book after meeting him. With all of the negativity that hits us square between the eyes every single day, books like this help to bring positivity and light to everyone who takes the time to look for it.

Easy to read with practical tools for implementation! Challenging to look inward for solutions in spite of ‘low expectation’ external pollution. I can rise to the challenge!

Which our whole nation could do good by…John has written this eloquent book on what it means to pause, look inside ourselves, and realize change in our world starts with ourselves each morning.
