A nice whey protein deal, very cheap and cheerful, great sizes available, nice and flavourful, easy to mix and shake, does not cause problems with the stomach, helps muscle to grow rapidly, has all the good, highly recommend. Great for recovery, tastes great, comes with a scoop and it also gives the measurements for each scoop. Excellent amount of calories within each scoop!

This is the best mass gainer i have tried, it tastes good, but better with milk. The only issue is that the scoops required are quite big thus you wont get too many shakes out of the tub

I originally tried it with water and seemed to have over diluted it and it didn't taste the best because obviously it was water, so I would recommend it with milk despite the creatine content especially for bulking. As for the portion size, it doesn't seem as though you're getting a lot for your money especially when you think about the size of the tub and the price you're paying as you only get 8 full servings, but the tub is full and can probably last you a while on a balanced intake. This also makes it cheaper when comparing to some other protein drinks.

I bought the banana flavour but it’s too sweet and this makes it difficult for me to take it everyday. I am not sure i will get the expected results when i am not using it consistently.

Brilliant for adding those extra calories to your diet if like me you struggle to eat the required amount when bulking. Its definitely made a huge difference, I can see the changes in my body since starting with the serious mass. I use one scoop an hour before my gym session and one scoop before bed with a normal protein shake after the gym. Its worth investing in a decent blender as the usual protein shaker just doesn't cut it as there is a lot of powder in one scoop. I also found that using milk makes the shake too thick so I just use water to mix although it doesn't taste as nice with water. Well worth the cost. I havent found a better alternative to this weight gainer and it includes creatine aswell saving you the extra cost there.

I have the banana one and a half scoops with water, milk, a banana and maybe some Nutella to spice it upHonestly taste amazing the banana flavour is sound and if you want it smooth, buy a thin blender and you can make it in your shaker, I add ice and wiz it all together for a smooth and really tasty shake! I look forward to having my shakes and I used to hate I mean hate these kind of things!Try adding different fruits & sweatners like honey etcI know it’s not the healthiest but am trying to gain weight 👌
