I ordered this product through the seller Osaka-Man from Japan to the US. It was ordered on August 20th, 2023, and I received it on August 31st, 2023 after a few glitches. At first, the tracking information was not updated for almost a week and then when the product finally arrived in the US it got stuck at customs and got delayed by two days. Before ordering, I was a bit skeptical about receiving the original product, and all these delays strengthened my fears. However, when it finally came I was very happy to see it. It came in a beautiful box along with all the paperwork. I must say that throughout the process, the seller was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. The watch is beautiful and worth the money. It was packaged carefully and came intact. The titanium band makes it super light to wear.
