Murano 13" Glass Pendant Lampshade

Very nice easy to install lampshade perfect in my living room with a Edison bulb, nice distribution of light, not heavy weight and great value for money, fits nicely and looks much more expensive than it it and brightness is great. Thanks I may get another soon!

A beautiful opaque glass lampshade which is perfect to replace a cracked Ikea floor lamp shade, better than the original. It arrived in very sturdy polystyrene packaging in a suitable strong cardboard box, unlike another glass lamp I ordered

I got these lampshades to replace metal ones on some uplighters. The slightly opaque glass means there is some gentle light coming down, eliminating unwanted shadows. Just be aware that they are quite thick glass and so heavy. I didn't need the sizing rings supplied, but these would have been useful to ensure a good fit, if required.

I am very pleased with the product quality and service to provide this fragile shade - it arrived extremely well packaged and protected - in fact I had to dismantle the box to get it out! The picture shows a slight pink tinge in colour - my shade is all white with a nice swirly pattern across the shade. It's just the right size for a small bathroom/en-suite etc. Do check the instructions though and locate the extra ring that ensure that the shade fixes securely on a standard fitting - it was in brown envelope that I nearly missed.

Very nice glass shade. It came double packed, first in it's own box with styrofoam moulded shapes all around it, to protect it during shipping. It was then was packed into an additional box, which ensured it arrived safely. Perfect! Fast delivery, too. The 13" diameter size is perfect for over my relatively small, oval kitchen table. The shape of the shade spreads the light nicely. I use a low-energy 60 watt (equivalent) 2700 kelvin (warm white) dimmable bulb in it, and this works really well, and it doesn't get hot. I like a dimmable bulb because I turn it up brighter to read by, or have it turned down lower, while having dinner with friends. It's really nice that the shade came with two adjusters for the pendant light fitting, also.

Surprisingly the description of the hole diameter is not really clear. The hole needed to be 40mm for the shade to sit on the uplighter and not using the additional sleeve supplied for slightly smaller diameter fixing. This was a perfect fit and I simply screwed the plastic ring down to secure it. The glass is as described and provides that little extra design touch with the swirls.
