Review: Brought it One More Time - It works! Great Quality! It looks great, appears brand new even though its refurbished! I love the pixel series! I really appreciate it coming with the screen protector professionally done! An affordable purchase, I broke my first one so to get the same exact one again, its great!
Review: Excellent phone in like New condition - I'm very pleased with the actual phone and the condition of it. Pixel has fantastic battery life, snappy responsiveness, and does everything I need it to do. It takes excellent photos, can play some games very well, and has a lot of neat Google features. My only complaint comes in the company fulfilling the order. This is the third renewed item I've purchased, and each time they promise delivery in 2 days before ordering, and then end up taking much more time because they use FedEx instead of fulfillment by desertcart. I don't mind the weight, but I really dislike that they give you one time frame and then on the day it's supposed to be delivered. Change the date. Date. Some of us stay home from work to receive these expensive items so they aren't sitting on our front porch all day, so being deceptive about the delivery time in the item description and initial order is a problem. Buyer be aware: The listed delivery time is likely not factual in the case of these Renewed items. Plan for a 4 or 5 day delivery window. That said, the item received was of highest quality with no cosmetic issues and a healthy battery.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Guessing this is GVU6C (sub 6gz) and not GQML3 (mmWave)?**
A: I'll preface this answer saying that this Amazon renewed page has many different sellers, all sourcing from different places and from different network providers (probably/hopefully all work in the US and unlocked as advertised, though). If yours does not come as the desired model, you may have to return it or work with the seller to have them sell you the correct model.

The one I purchased was GQML3 and the 5G has been great from my experience.

**Q: Are these factory unlocked (as in they support OEM unlocking) or are they carrier unlocked (as in you can use any carrier)?**
A: Can't really tell you for sure. The one I received was carrier locked to AT&T and no one could help so I returned it

**Q: Will the refurbished units still maintain their IP68 protection?**
A: Depends on to what degree they refurbished it and who did it.

**Q: Does this carry the same water resistance level after the renew process?**
A: Depends on what the renewal process consisted of. Nowadays the shyster companies will wipe it down with a damp rag and call it renewed.

### ⭐ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
*by Z***N on October 31, 2025*

The phone was great while I used it. Everything about it was fantastic and I loved using it. That was until the battery life dropped insanely quick. I started the refund process once I noticed it dying exceedingly fast, and sent it back. This seller decided to hold over half of my refund hostage as a "restocking fee" and "shipping costs" after I sent it back. They then claimed they held this money because I "damaged the phone", but told me I could send pictures of the phone if I thought I didn't damage it. You know, the phone that I sent back and they already had in their possession. They then went dark and have no responded since. I had the phone in a case the whole time I owned it,, it was never dropped, and it had a screen protector on it the whole time because it was sent with one on. I have been in contact with Amazon for over a month now trying to get my money back from this obvious scam. The phone was great, until it wasn't. This seller, however, has been awful to work with since. I cannot recommend ANYONE buy from this seller, as you may not get your money back if you are not happy with what you receive.
