Q: will this work with a raspberry pi OS with TVheadend as backend server?

Yes this will work with raspberry pi OS, however does require manual install of drivers

Q: How is it powered ? how many volt ?

The tv aerial and satellite f-connector are visible in the image. To connect the unit to your pc/laptop you are provided with a usb lead which plugs into the back of the box, the other end goes to your pc/laptop and connects to a usb socket on that. The pc/laptop provides 5v power to the box which is sufficient. The unit works, but the software is a bit flaky. I do miss using my Windows 7 pc where I had a TBS card installed, lovely piece of kit. This would be too if you can navigate the software.

Q: Is it compatible with Mac

I would be surprised if it did! The TBS website explicitly states that there is support for Windows and Linux - but Mac is conspicuous by its absence. If there is support it is going to be enthusiast maintained - not by the manufacturer.
