Futuristic sci-fi action feature starring Olivier Gruner. In 21st-century Los Angeles, a disillusioned cyborg police officer (Gruner) is forced out of retirement to bring his former partner Jared (Marjorie Monaghan) to justice after she begins stealing highly-sensitive security information. Alex is tasked with recovering stolen data relating to an upcoming international summit which Jared plans to sell to a terrorist group known as the Red Army Hammerheads, who are plotting to kill government officials. But in his pursuit of justice, Alex begins to question the conflicting loyalties he experiences between his employer, former lover and the supposed terrorist organisation.

Great movie
Nice action film. Passes the time, the acting isnt that brilliant, but if you have a take away, cpl beers and a cpl of hours, ya cant go wrong with this movie.

Definitely a B film
Quite a bit of running action scenes. The leading man looked good but was very wooden and not just because he wasn't all human. The supposed young girl at the end was at least 30 but was bad at acting like a young person. If she swung her arms about she would look young.

A bit 'tongue in cheek' but watchable..
Cheesy acting and a 'Wishy-Washy' storyline, but Hey!! Deborah Shelton at 45!! WOW.. Girls HALF her age would Kill to have a body like that!!.. Worth watching the other 90 minutes just to see her Gorgeous naked body for a few seconds.. :-)

'B' Movie Heaven
Albert Pyun is critically known in Hollywood as the 'king of the B movie' having worked with Oliver Gruner before on other projects, this really is B movie heaven!I saw this film originally on Video years ago and fell for it, it's difficult to undderstand what's good about it, but it's probably down to the innate fact that it's flawed.Set in a future where cybernetics are everyday and everyone opts for 'mechanical improvement' Alex (Gruner's character) plays a cop, trying to stop a cyber/human war. It's very steriotyped and although an early 90's movie, looks very much in the 80's clothing and syntax style. However you view it, if sci-fi is your thing, it's a lot of fun and interesting to see what a good director can do with next to no budget, an unknown cast (with the exception of Tim Thomerson and Brion James (of Bladerunner fame)) and worth it for a fun night in. It may also inspire you to see some of Albert Pyun's other classics.

Fun film, much better than expected
I am always up for a slice of cheese to play in the background whilst I work, but this film is surprisingly good.It has a lot of top grade B' listers and some interesting ideas. Recommended for those who like a chunk of '90s entertainment.

Dreadful. Just dreadful.
Rarely have I seen awfulness on this scale. The only redeeming feature this movie has it that it does end. I would suggest you consider sticking pins in your own eyes for ninety minutes rather than watching this. Trust me, you'll thank me for it.

Nemesis DVD
The US version of this movie is OOP and pricey. The original film in the theater is 16 x 9, but both US & UK versions are FULL SCREEN, ie, 4x3, chopped off. This is not Amazon's fault, it's the company that did the transfer to DVD. I liked it when it first came out, and it has aged more gracefully than I have. Still hoping someone will do a wide screen Blu Ray.
