Q: Would this work on printouts from a laser printer? I print kids party invites and sometimes require a high gloss finish which a laser printer can't do

It will absolutely work on card, not sure about thin paper. Spray light layers rather than a single heavy coat.

Q: Would I be able to spray this on painted wooden dolly pegs to seal the paint ? I have used just gouache and acrylic paints ?

I used this to spray over acrylic paint on plastic, worked on that. Not used it on wood, but also have used on my canvas paintings, again using acrylics.

Q: Does this product create a protective hardened exterior?

Yes it does. We do rock painting and we spray our rocks with the product to make them weatherproof

Q: could someone please tell me if this product dries clear? thanks.

It does dry clear, to a sheen, if you want a higher gloss then apply further coats
