Excellent product does what it says ,but you need to go on a good calorie controlled diet to get the abs , this machine just stimulates those abs , once your down to a good bodyfat percentage, those abs you've worked for will be there ,this machine helps get those abs ready.

Itr is not the worth for what it costs.It would be good to use it in the hospital where patients can be transferred from chair to the bed

Be aware you are just getting the circle part and not the whole item displayed.. Maybe I looked at it wrong but I was disappointed when I just revieved the circle part. I do believe that they should have shown a separate picture of the actual item that you will be receiving (so separate from the wonder core)
