June Gold 6 Gray Kneaded Erasers, Moldable for Graphite, Charcoal & More

Erasers are great, I have been using the them for many years. As a life time artist, I do a lot of drawing with graphite and charcoal.

I misplaced my Prismacolor "kneaded" eraser days before Drawtober & was in a panic to replace it in time so of course I searched best kneaded eraser & found June Gold recommended as the best choice on 3 separate sites. The very best part was they even shipped overnight! I've only been learning art a year & have only used Prismacolor kneaded erasers which are almost as hard and inflexible as a Pink Pearl. Switching to June Gold was a dream come true! I now understand my favorite YouTuber Rin, from Drawing Wiff Waffles is so in love with them. In my photos I compared a piece of a Prismacolor to a June Gold. The Prisma is the sad triangular piece at the bottom of the photos that just broke when I tried to stretch it. The last one shows how my finger was able to easily make a indent in the June straight out of the package while the Prisma stayed stiff after a full 24 hours of trying to soften it. I combined 3 Prismas & even with almost daily use for a year & it was far too hard to knead or stretch much without breaking. The June Gold erasers perfect amount of firmness & softness erasers my colored mechanical pencil easily (softer lead erases easier) Update: I only use colored mechanical lead & have been using the exact same June Gold erasers (I always combine 2) & they're still soft & clean.

I wasn't sure what to expect from these but I'm really liking them. I'm a student of watercolor, a beginner, and this eraser is really coming in handy. I haven't had any issues with it drying out either. I'm going to share with my artist son who also enjoys watercolor.

As advertised which always makes a purchase seem worthwhile.

Excelentes borradores. Cumplen perfectamente su trabajo. Fue muy sencillo moldearlos y son perfectos para dar luz o borrar un lugar pequeñito y específico. Soy nueva dibujando y por lo mismo estoy experimentando con material no tan caro mientras aprendo y para mi, este producto tiene una excelente relación precio/calidad.

Vine bien encastadas no rotas no resecas cumplen su función sin destacar y sin quedar a deber
